UK Merchandising is a third-generation family run business, which has been serving its loyal customers since the early 80’s. Initially starting as a garment producer, to very quickly becoming the UK’s leading outerwear manufacturer. To now, successfully offering superior in-house garment decoration and merchandise solutions, from its two centrally based sites in the Midlands.

I always receive excellent service from UK Merchandising.They are always very prompt to reply to emails ( normally within the same day). Always with a ‘ can do’ approach to any requests.I also find them competitively priced, compared to others in the market and they always try to match/ beat competitor prices.Orders are always processed quickly and deliveries are on time.Product quality is very good . We are happy that we get good value for money.I have to give a special mention to Aaron Kumar. His customer service is Outstanding. Always prompt and reactive. Has a warmth and friendliness as well which makes it a pleasure to contact him. He is keen and responsive but never ‘ pushy’ . I hope he gets the recognition he deserves within the organisation. A true asset to UK Merchandising!I would highly recommend UK Merchandising to any organisation looking for excellent customer service, responsiveness and good value for money products. Excellent service from UK Merchandising on numerous occasions for all sorts of different products. Staff clothing, to crystal awards, to custom products. Very clear comms. Dipak has been incredibly accommodating for my needs and is always on hand to help. 100% recommend using these guys – always friendly to speak on to on the phone or email. 10/10 service – the best!

Not the first time I have worked with Dipak but the first time since he moved to UK Merchandising. Great customer service, as expected, but fantastic quality products too, what’s not to like!!! Will most certainly be using again.

Bought 1,250 t-shirts from these guys recently and not only was the turnaround quick but a chap called Aaron was excellent! Found the service I received to be really professional and felt assured throughout the entire process. Product quality was spot on as well. Will definitely be using these guys again!
